Good and...
A tale of mixed experiences. My family of 6 arrived with a reservation for a suite. Our room was only a double queen with no pull out couch. They gave us a second room, but tried to charge us for it. After some conversation, they agreed to comp us the second room. The staff was very friendly, but it wasn't great to have our family separated.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. BUT I concern is I have been trying to get ahold of Hotels.com re my charges. I booked this room for $58.18 plus my $70 rewards. I find I have been charged the $58.18 PLUS $112.98!! Please explain this to me. I did not rent the room twice for 1 night. I would greatly appreciate a refund of $112.98. Waiting for a reply. Thank you Each time I try to get ahold of an agent I am told they could not help me but would get someone who could. Did not happen. Is there a simple way to get a hold of someone in regards to problems such as this.
