First room we were in - 1. We could barely push the door open. We had to use our shoulder to open. 2. The heater/air conditioner did not work. 3. The phone to the desk did not work. 4. There were cobwebs, dirt/dust and a dirty sock in the corner of the room.

My stay was good unless I was dealing with management. I go to check in and they say I don’t have a reservation, and try to book me another room that was double the price I picked online. And I asked the guy to look again and he finally finds it. So I check in go to sleep and get 3 phone calls no voicemails I call back and they say I need to make a payment or I loose my room. I go pay for my room and they don’t take cash which I was not aware of and the manager got an attitude and asked why I don’t have a card. When I did I just prefer to pay cash for things. When I asked how come there is no where online or on your property that say you don’t take cash he said he’s been running this place for 6 years and didn’t need to explain to me why they don’t. So I paid and went to my room and went to sleep. Around 1 1:30 am I’m getting more calls from the hotel so I call and ask what’s going on and was told I didn’t pay for my night and needed to leave the room. When I just payed a couple of hours ago and got a receipt. And he kept telling me it’s not in the system I need to pay. I asked was there any way to deal with it in the morning and he said yeah but can’t make any promises I wouldn’t be charge more. So I get up this morning go talk to the front desk. And the lady says that I paid and has no idea why he would call at that hour of the night. Very poir communication at this property and I will never go back

Our Stay
My son and I found the beds and breakfast food fine. The bathroom door is a very tight squeeze as it swings in towards the toilet, but that wasn't really a big deal. The disappointing part of our stay was the lack of hot water. We tried to take showers between 8am to 10am and the water temperature never improved past luke warm and at times was just flat out cold. I mentioned the problem on our way out and the staff apologized, but that was it. It also didn't sound like we were the first to mention the problem.

Not worth it
I cannot recommend this hotel for two reasons - There are two parts to this hotel - one is a lesser motel. It’s clean and safe, but you are paying for and expecting a better and nicer experience. Either find a real hotel or save money and stay at a motel. Also, be aware - if you book through Hotels.com, you’ll be charged an extra $50 deposit.

It did not indicate when I booked this room that it was a room with an outside entrance. I would not have booked it, had I known. Person behind the desk was not helpful or evening willing to discuss options. Either a dance party or a fight at 3 in the morning in the parking lot. Will never stay here again and would nit recommend
