Building is a bit tired but well mantained.
There are very few options as convenient as this hotel. The building is 60s vintage and a bit tired. However, the staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean.

Family visit
I loved staying there! Great restaurants within walking distance Beautiful hangings baskets with flowers outside each door with chairs also situated outside every door for socializing or relaxing The complimentary breakfast was delicious and was located in a very clean and spacious dining area I would definitely stay there again

Very Pleasant Stay
Stayed for 4 nights to attend a family function. Motel room was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable.Bed was especially comfy. Bathroom shower stall needs to be regrouted, and radiators looked a bit old, but otherwise, was very satisfied with my room. Bathroom vanity was new. Continental breakfast was fine. Standard fare, but with boiled eggs and a waffle maker, which was a nice bonus. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It's central location in Kingston made it easy to walk to many things. e.g. there is a Tim Horton's, and a convenience store across the road. McDonald's is any easy 10 minute drive for my daily latte. The fact that it is a drive up to the door motel was a bit different, but each unit has three locks on the door so I felt very safe.Overall, was pleasantly surprised and pleased.

It's ok...
The motel is super clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good. The condition of the motel itself is a bit rough. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor doing everything (I won't elaborate). I found it expensive for a motel in Middleton. If you like "rustic" you will like this motel. If you are used to the Fairmont, don't stay here.
