Homeless shelter directly behind the hotel
The stay started out rocky but improved. didn’t express our need for adjoining rooms to the hotel itself. They did their best and got us rooms beside each other but not adjoining. The room had some repair issues but they sent engineering and fixed it. My biggest concern was the homeless shelter right behind the hotel. My husband was in Atlanta for business but I was taking the kids out for the day. When we tried to walk to our destination, my app sent me on the street behind the hotel. There were several people sleeping on the street and 2 people screaming at each other. I was walking with 4 kids. I quickly rerouted us, but I would have liked to have known about this location before I booked. I honestly won’t stay here again.

Fair 4.0
I have stayed here before but the quality has gone down - maybe large groups due to holiday weekend but 1) large groups of children in pool - dripping water all through lobby; not being mopped up immediately so thus then dirt and blackness from those of us with shoes 2) room was ok - but mold in corner of shower near doors; nixs and scratches on doors and walls, husband when to make coffee and coffee maker had old coffee grinds still in it; carpets needed vacuuming 3) put do not disturb on door after we arrived from brothers bday party at 4:30 am and maid still knocked early and repeated times 4) breakfast area was a MADHOUSE and food was not ready nor prepared - staff said they were understaffed....

My stay would have been amazing if I would have gotten the room; I had my disable child with me & our room was not what I had paid for. I was disappointed with this mistake, but there location of the hotel is in a great location. Small parking space that you must pay for while staying. You would think that parking would be free since you're already staying there $24 & up

Very Good 8.0
Adequate, but could’ve been SO much better.
Quite overpriced for the limited amenities. While the hot & cold breakfast options were the best feature each day, they were still missing key elements that left breakfast lacking (i.e., no bagels, hardly any condiments, no cheese, salsa or sour cream options as extras). The outdoor pool was nice; it’s set temperature was actually a little too warm on hot days and it was poorly maintained (i.e., constant leaves and insects were left in the pool and rarely tended to), but they regularly had towels restocked well and the towels were appropriately sized. The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained. The charges for parking were outrageous, especially as it was all outdoor parking. While service was consistently friendly in nature, it oftentimes felt forced and rehearsed by many staff. There were definitely a couple staff members who went out of their way to help us feel welcome; others would say the correct things, but seemed to be a million miles away in their attention to others’ needs.

Just okay.
The stay was good, just wish there was variety on breakfast.
