Zach at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The bed was super comfy, the sheets were really soft, the location next to the grocery store was ideal, but the best thing was the shower! Seriously, great water pressure and lots of hot water! The breakfast was good and the attendant was so helpful and engaging. The entire staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend!

We had a great one night stay at the best Western Snow cap Lodge in Cle Elum! The room was very clean the beds very comfortable. We used the hot tub in pool, which was a nice way to end the night and the convenience of their breakfast in the morning was perfect before we had to get on our way looking forward to our stay next month

The hotel was conveniently located to walk into the restaurant and shopping hub of Cle Elum and just 3 miles to Roslyn through the beautiful forest. There is the Coal Mine Trail a block away that made for a nice mule in and mile back in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.

The facility is old. Very well maintained and clean. The staff was exemplary. However, there is a major issue. The toilets are very low. It is difficult because there are not any handrails. I walk 5 miles daily before work and had difficulty getting up. Why not spend the money and put in high rise commodes. Cater to the elderly.

Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!
