Celebrated my Husbands birthday here. Hot tub was Not hot. At best it was luke warm. No teabags in room for coffee pot. Otherwise it was a very comfortable bed & cozy. Quiet hours were a little too much, but not really enforced. No cell phone service in room

Pretty nice bang for your buck.
Awesome area. Great staff. We were looking for something a little more secluded - didn’t realize we would just be in an older apt building unit. We chose the 1-bedroom condo with fireplace. Wish we went for the same priced unit with hot tub too! The ONLY real issue we had was at night when in bed there was a constant rattle or banging noise in the wall. Almost as if someone was running up and down the stairs - but they weren’t. Or as if someone was drying boulders in the dryer. We brought it to the staff attention after night one and they stated that they were not aware of any noise or had not heard of any other complaints. I do find that hard to believe. On the second night we paid attention and it appears These noises are coming from the pipes In the walls. Not sure if heater or what, but it’s loud. I would recommend requesting to not stay in The main Inn Building. There are other separate cabin type units available, and had i known, we would have definitely requested hot tub and a quieter building. All units face the mountains AND the river, and hotels.com is not real clear on that. Good bang for the buck. Great area. Saw lots of Elk roaming!

Fantastic stay !!!
We stayed in Room 215, which has the kitchen, living room and bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom downstairs. There is a narrow stairway so be aware. This is a delux unit so everything is updated ! I love the granite countertop and the center island. The kitchen has every conceivable pot/pans, dishes, etc. it even have a slow cooker. Estes park restaurants are expensive. (And how much pub food can you eat in a week anyway) so we bought grocery from Safeway about 8 miles away which was kind of fun and helped with the budget. If you plan to visit/hike at RMNP, I suggest make sandwiches. There are 2 balconies (both faces the parking lot) and if you can twist you neck, yes, you can see the "river view"). We never used the balconies. There is no maid services but you can exchange towels at the office if you wish. There are enough towels so we never need to do the exchange. I liked the no maid service actually. This avoids needing to tidy up for the maid cleaning, LOL. overall, good experience and the price is excellent !!! I highly recommend it.

Riverside escape for your vacation escape!!!
This time we tried the big suite w/ 2 bathrooms, a seperate King bedroom w/private bathroom. Full kitchen! Jacuzzi on deck, sofa sleeper & fireplace in LR. GREAT toiletries & towels, super clean, MOST COMFY BED EVER! Can't say how much I loved having HIS & HER bathrooms... Front office brought me an iron & board quickly. Oh, we had a little bear in a tree by the river one morning and another the next night awe got a kick out of that!... Sat in Jacuzzi & listened to the elk bugeling... Way cool. Clean crisp sheets. Lots of comfy king size pillows and extra fluffy blankets. I love sleeping with a fan on me so I moved the little end tables around to put the fan (stored in the closet) ON ME. This place is right down the road from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance & the RMNP Visitor Center!

It was an ok facility, very convenient to the entrance of RMNP. There was no where to sit and relax in the room, just a bed to sit on when you come back from hiking to take a break before you begin again. You could sit on the balcony but that was not private at all, no privacy wall between the units.
