Usually great, but a disappointment this time.
Normally, this is great place, but on this trip it was disappointing. Only a bath towel. No bath mat, not wash cloth, not hand towel. Overall, I do like this place, but it did not seem to be as well prepared as usual. Also, the hvac did not seem to be working. Fortunately, the weather was nice.

My stay here was exceptional.If your looking for a nice, clean and beautiful place to stay in Boston this would be a great choice! A big plus for us was that the beds were super comfortable and service was excellent!

Not cleaned, no toilet paper, broken bed
My wife was returning from Europe. I brought the kids and we thought we would make use of some time in Boston as part of picking her up. We were excited because it was a suite, had a pool and was close to everything. We arrived at 4:30pm. Went to the room and found it completely disheveled and uncleaned. Trash in the kitchen. Messy beds. NO TOILET PAPER. The bed frame in the second room was broken and the bed tilted down sharply at the foot! I went to the front desk to inform them of the problems. He told us "We weren't supposed to let you in there until 5pm." I said maybe we would go to the pool while waiting. He informed me the pool was closed due to renovations on the lights. This was not advertised. I returned to the room to tell my wife the news. We waited until 5:20 at which point no maid service had come. We began looking into other hotel options. Unfortunately, the only openings were in hotels 20 miles outside of town. The room was unusable so we booked one and left. I informed the front desk on the way out that we were leaving. They weakly apologized. I contacted Hotels.com to dispute the charges. They could get no response from the manager. After the case gained no traction I disputed the charges through PayPal. These are APARTMENTS that they are trying to run as a hotel when unfilled. They clearly are not set up to accommodate regular guests. Great view for an apartment. BUT DO NOT STAY HERE as a hotel.
