Location was very good. Towels were threadbare and stained. There was constant noise from repair work that was being done in the rooms above. Complained multiple times, but although the staff said they would take care of it, there was no improvement. They finally gave us a discount at check out, after a half-hour argument over it.

Time Share Condo's in Rishikesh
We were a family of 3 people that stayed in this hotel/time share. It was a great location, pool was very scenic however needed some salt or chlorine in it. The facility staff is excellent and very very helpful. The cleanliness could be improved with some vacuum cleaner use on the woolen rugs so it is not loaded with lints and shedding overlaying wool. I do believe the cleaning staff are good but some need training. One of the ladies was cleaning utensils and furniture with the same rag which is a big no no! and was advocated to correct her maneuvers. Overall, this is a fine, quiet location with great management staff. I was recommend switching the pool to salt water and keeping it more cleaner and having the cleaning staff be trained on use and misuse of dusters/rags on cutlery and glasses.Also after every guest has left toilets and sinks need to be checked to assess if they need draino and cleaned with bleach. Don't mean to critique but this place has the potential to stand up to international standards of hygiene.

Nicest hotel in Rishikesh - great view and quiet
Patio room was wonderful. View of river from the pool and the terrace is not to be missed. I felt like I was living in a palace! Super spacious, gorgeous room. Much better than their apartments. Make reservations on-line and save. Staff is willing to bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Ala-cart food is reasonably priced (taxes are added though). I'd consider staying there again!

Relaxing stay
Two couples wents for relaxation. Wonderful place to relax. Excellent location - eve to morning full of fresh air breeze. You can walk to the river and enjoy yourself. The Food is amazing- variety and taste. The service is good. However, service in housekeeping and in restaurants need little improvement to make it delightful.

Great Location & Food ! Rooms need Maintenance
We stayed for a night in the Superior Room. The rooms are garden facing and do not offer the view of the Ganges. Though the rooms are large and well equipped, the room allocated to us (No. 24) wasn't in great condition with paint chipping from the walls and all over the floor and cleanliness levels not up to the mark. Despite notifying the same to the front desk - there was no response or follow ups to clean or change the rooms. However, it was nice of them to send us a cake at night to celebrate our anniversary. However we had a great stay otherwise. The property is well located and offers amazing views of the Ganga. The food and the hospitality at their restaurants is outstanding and live performances by the singers made the dining experience even more wonderful. The have several activities in the resort which are very well conducted and fun !
