On time for on-site wedding? Won’t happen here.
My two-year-old son and I were staying here for the wedding of my cousin the wedding was to begin at 4 PM on site and family pictures were to start at 3 PM. They only guarantee check in at 4 PM however I checked in with them from 10:30 AM every hour until I was finally allowed to check in at 3:45 PM. I had to get ready in their parking lot my son had to take a nap in his car seat. So I had to go in for the ceremony and then miss some of the reception so that I could bring my bags/presents to my room after the ceremony was over. It was 100° outside and I was trying to hurry. Some of my other relatives that were staying there for two nights which would be Friday and Saturday had their rooms cleaned before the one that I have been requesting all day. And they didn’t even need them cleaned. I requested a late check out the next day so my son could swim. nope. 1130 out of the room. I have definitely spent less money for a longer amount of time in a hotel and friendlier staff and a lot more convenience. Even if they could’ve offered me some other room to get ready in that would’ve been helpful.

Not worth the price
Honestly, i wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. The water park was a perk for the kids but for the price, it wasn’t worth it. There was garbage in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush, and the tv didn’t work.

Don't expect to go anywhere fast
I had to wait over an hour for the airport shuttle on my arrival, I called to confirm they were coming and she assured me he would be there any minute he didn't arrive for another twenty minutes they contract the shuttle out which is fine, however the driver told me that he had only gotten the alter five minutes before and the desk attendant had forgotten to send the request. Then when I was trying to leave I asked for the shuttle to bring me back and scheduled it and was insisted upon that the shuttle would be on time, my flight left at 5 am and when I went to the desk at 3:30 I was told that the shuttle wouldn't even have anyone available until five am when my flight left. I had to pay for a taxi which took forever as well, (not the hotels fault obviously) I am annoyed that I was told a service was available twice then lied to about it twice. If you can't do it fine just be honest so I can make other arrangements.

Great place to stay!
The hotel is very nice. The room was clean, but small. The beds were so so. They weren’t very comfortable and the comforter was stained with something. When we were visiting the water park attached, something happened to the pool pump and water came up the drains and it smelled like sewage. It ruined some of the towels we had brought from home and the workers didn’t really seem to care. They were the workers for the pool and not the hotel though. The breakfast is wonderful and the cooks and kitchen people were very nice! You can’t beat the location & how it connects to the mall.
