Very nice
Very friendly and accommodating

The Northern Plains Inn, Minot
The walls were very thin, so we heard all of the neighbors conversations. The fridge was loud. The bed was really uncomfortable. Pool was freezing. Beautiful hotel though, and the customer service was really good! I loved that they offered us a pack n play for our baby.

Needs updates
Seems a little rundown. Key swipes would take a number of times before it would accept to get in the door and when we couldn’t get in, called for help standing outside the door, had to wait almost a half hour!

Pleasant break
Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the desk was friendly and efficient. Madison was very helpful on the phone, too! There were good restaurants nearby

The Northern Plains Inn, Minot
Poor ventilation no exhaust fans in bathrooms, Small TV, bathroom paper products are basically sandpaper, indoor pool is a noisy echo chamber. However it is a less expensive place to stay and the staff at the front desk are nice.
