Don't do it
So... you pay a lot for what you get. No breakfast, she kicks you out at 11, no air conditioning, no fan and it is hot! The shower was broken and her dog popped on the floor. Wifi was only in the main room/lobby, did not extend to the sleeping rooms. Had to pay for sheets and towel. Towel was super small. Definitely try elsewhere first

Il posto è orribile e il gestore minaccia!
Non vale affatto il costo. Manager maleducato, sale sporche, uso del bagno cronometrato. Semplicemente brutto e stressante.

"The place is awful and the manager treats!"
Not worth it at all. Rude manager, dirty halls, timed bathroom usage- simple awful and stressful. The manager treated to kicker out on spot if I don't pay her 9 euros city tax within hours I arrived in Venice!! Knowing that all 15 atms in venice are a nightmare to operate, if you find one that works.

Ottima posizione e ottimo prezzo
Ottimo prezzo. Vorrei tornare.

"Great location and great value"
Great Value. This place is near city center. If you want to visit Venis, I recommend to stay inside island. There is Japanese staff, she is very kind. I want to come back again.

Gemma inaspettata

"Unexpected Gem"
This wasn't my first choice because I like my space and wanted a private room. Due to miscommunication, I had to find another place in the last minute and I found Youthvenicepalace shared dormitory for women. I'm very happy with this choice at the end. Con: It is very hard to find for me because it was night time and I was not familiar with the street sign locations. There are so many alleys and bridges in Venice; so dragging my full size luggage up and down the street and steps of the bridge was not fun. Tip #1: don't bring a big luggage and wear comfortable shoes. Pro: Although it was hard to find at first, once you find it, you realize how close it is to San Marco plaza! Ms. Ai, the Asian owner, is super nice and sweet. She explained what you need to know and answer any questions you may have regarding where to go and how to go. She was so nice to let me keep my luggage long after checkout to explore before my bus. I showered twice a day and I always have hot water, but sometimes I have to wait a bit to get them. Also, the bathroom is equipped with shampoo and shower gel. Just bring your toothpaste and toothbrush. Tip #2: bring sheets, pillowcase, and towel to avoid paying 5€ for the rental. The communal kitchen and refrigerator was usually tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee for everyone. I love it especially in this winter. The bathrooms are shared, but there really wasn't any problem regarding the wait time. Definitely will stay there again!
