First of all, you can't beat the view from my balcony. It was just gorgeous. I feel like for the price I paid for this room, I was very satisfied. The older gentleman (owner?/manager?) was very helpful any time we asked for help or had questions. He arranged for our luggage to be carried up the steps (there are a lot) and a taxi to take us to the airport. Breakfast was kind of a better version of continental style. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and cappuccinos! The Fornillo beach is down several steps and the main beach a short walk away from there. I would recommend this hotel :)

Amazing views.
Loved the location about fornillo beach. Its a much nicer, quieter beach than main beach - which is about a 10 min walk away. The owner was great. The views from the terrace and our bedroom were out of this world. Breakfast was good every morning. People complain about the stairs to the beach, but you could be down to the beach in less than 3 minutes. Not bad at all - unless you are out of shape or injured.

Charming hotel, very clean rooms, stunning views
Definitely get a room with a balcony. You won't regret it. Beautiful hotel, pleasant staff, nice breakfast, good wifi. Only down side was many steps and a bit hard to find but staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Too Many Steps
The hotel itself was very nice. We had reservationns for three nights unfortunarely it was half way down the cliff with only stairs to get you there. My daughter had a knee injury and going up & down stairs was difficult for her so we had to change rooms after the first night. I would have had a problem with all thoses stairs too. The view was spectacular and the garden for drinks & breakfast was wonderful. Great if you are in good shape - a long distance up and down hill to the main road. They did have someone to cate the luggage up and down. They were gracious in findiing us accomadations for the next two nights. I would recommend it. But not to my older friends
