I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and I was disappointed to see that the hotel is starting to look run down and in need of upkeep. The rooms are spacious, with the usual amenities and washing machine, which is a bonus when you have been travelling for a few weeks and need to do your laundry. The hotel should offer chargeable drinks in the fridge. I like the location and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I had problems with the tv in the room and it was not replaced. I returned to the hotel a few days later and was given a different room and the tv in that room had the same issue, which was not put right once again. I hope they bring the hotel back up to standard by my next visit.

Great location and facilities
I spent 3 days at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are very large and are more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen area with large fridge freezer, washing machine, cupboards, etc.; two separate living areas, one with a sofa and TV and one with a round table and four chairs. The facilities are quite modern and well looked after. Parking facilities are free of charge and finding a place is not a problem. I look forward to staying at the Ville Celestine Condo Hotel & Eventos again in future trips. This is now my hotel of choice in Belo Horizonte.

Decepcionante
Infelizmente tivemos que trocar de quarto por duas vezes. A manutenção dos quartos é muito ruim. No primeiro quarto (1304) a porta do banheiro, porta de correr, não fechava. Solicitamos troca. No segundo quarto (904) que nos destinaram, faltava controle remoto, os existentes bem como o cofre do quarto estavam com pilhas descarregadas, as aletas do ar condicionado estavam quebradas, o box vazando, o vaso sanitário com a descarga sem funcionar, o lixinho todo enferrujado, cadeiras e sofá muito sujos. As máquinas de ar condicionado instaladas na janela do quarto, com muito barulho, sem a menor condição de dormir. Dormimos no sofá da sala. No dia seguinte solicitamos novamente a troca de apartamento. Havíamos pago o total sem reembolso, se não, com certeza, teríamos deixado o hotel. Só após todos estes problemas, nos colocaram em um quarto bom (1001). Aí conseguimos dormir e ter uma boa estadia. Entendo que um apartamento que não esteja em perfeita condições de utilização não pode ser fornecido ao hóspede. O hotel deve priorizar as questões de manutenção, antes de liberar para uso. Há dois anos atrás havíamos nos hospedado no hotel e gostamos muito. Por isto voltamos. Decepcionante.
