I have been coming to the Park Hotel for years. The place and location are perfect. The only thng I would change is that it gets a little hot. Other than that, I love it.

Good news and bad news--right on Main St
Amazing location---2 blocks to lifts (rent at Park City Sports then you can store your skis for free at the store right by the lift). Walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. Park at China Bridge--they allow >24 hr and it's about $15 a day. abt 3 block walk. We absolutely loved that part of the stay.... The condo was fine. Spacious. Everything is c. 1970 from the coffee maker to the Amana Radar Range Microwave. Bathroom is c. 1920s but functional. Hot Tub was dirty then closed for cleaning... The bad news. Forget sleeping. 1. Bring REALLY good earplugs. The noise on Main Street was LOUD and non-stop ALL NIGHT LONG. Buses, snow removal (beep, beep, beep), trucks, drunks. I know the hotel does not control the noise, but you have been warned. 2. Your room will be about 85-90 degrees and outside opening a window (see #1) you are screwed. The hotel DOES control this, sort of. They do have fans. The place is so old it runs a steam boiler and has 2 options--on & off. So there is NO way to cool it off. They told me to open a window...We might as well had slept on the sidewalk--noise would be the same. The office has limited hours. It's basically a condo place despite having a 'hotel' in the name.

Come to Park City to explore not to Drive
This place is Great! I have lived in Park City for a number of years, and have moved away. I was back in Park City for a wedding. I had no idea this was here right on Main Street!! The room I stayed in was GREAT! very cute with claw foot tub with shower (Lots of water pressure) Full living room and kitchen were a huge bonus. The price was one of the deciding factors when I booked, and I must say so Much worth it. (Not at all "Trashy" "Old" or "Rundown" very much the opposite) The 1 bummer: Parking. Everything Downtown Park City is difficult parking, it is simply a fact. Here is the Good News, Park City transit is FANTASTIC Free Busses, Electric Bikes, Nothing is really that far. Local Taxi Services will give Uber a run for its money. My suggestion: Park your vehicle in one of the Long term Bus Route Parking Spots Quinns Junction or Kimball Junction. Then spend your time in Park City the best way possible, ON FOOT, ON A BICYCLE, on the awesome bus system, or take a local taxi. Walking Distance to Town Lift for Winter time Mountain Access.

Park City Hotel
The location cannot be beat with downtown access to all the restaurants and bars. The property is an older building with charming features, is clean and comfortable. The building has older steam hear and is quite warm. You have to open windows in order to keep it from being too warm. Also, if you're not a heavy sleeper the noise from all the partying on the street can be a nuisance with the windows open to cool it down. I also recommend you take Uber/Lyft from the airport as there is NO on-site parking and the city charges for garage parking. The transit system (bus) is superbly run by the city and you will not need a car once you arrive in Park City. I was skeptical at first but tried the bus numerous times and it was great. The drivers are friendly and helpful and it is FREE to ride it. There is a ski lift for Park City Resort about 2 blocks away and walkable. Overall, I would stay here again.
