Hotel Hell
Check in was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very friendly and somewhat accommodating. My booking confirmation said that I could check in early (10am), however they did not have any rooms that would fill my requirements at noon, when I arrived. This is not surprising, as most hotels have an 11am check out time and housekeeping would not necessarily have cleaned all of the vacated rooms in an hour. I did have to wait nearly 2 hours to get into my room, however the front desk staff were very kind and apologetic for the delay. When I did get into the non smoking room I had booked, it smelled of cigar and cigarette smoke and was dirty. I had to buy Fabreeze and Lysol wipes to clean the air and surfaces of the furniture and bathroom fixtures. Three of the four nights I was a guest at this hotel there were either very loud parties or inconsiderate other guests who would sit in the stairwells and/or their cars talking and playing very loud music into the wee hours of the morning. When I did try to lodge a complaint no one would answer the phone at the front desk until I used my personal phone to call. The security is a joke. The night desk staff is useless. I will never stay in this hotel again. I would advise that if you want any rest at all, avoid this hotel at all cost.

room was dirty, moved rooms. hotel not clean, i did not feel sale. I question why hotels.com has this hotel on their site. Needs serious upgrade, a guard, work on concrete steps etc. not staff's fault, hotel is old.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
No where did it say that this hotel was going to charge, not hold but charge my card an extra $100 dollars that wouldn’t be returned for 5-7 business days until AFTER the non refundable reservation was made. That’s about as shady as it gets and if H.COM does that again I will scrap them. But when I expressed my shock and dismay about it the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and told me “oh well you can go stay somewhere else !” Wow really lady ( I use the term loosely) that’s your first thought on customer service. I explained I had no idea where I even was and it was 11pm and I had to get up for work in 4 hrs. We exchanged a few words as she was about as unprofessional as it comes. I stood there about 5 min and finally asked if she could give me my key and she said after she finished taking her notes, so now she’s going out of her way to be bi&$! Thanks so another few minutes goes by and she makes the keys and puts me right next to the office/street! Good job little girl and good luck with that one red roof I won’t be back and quite frankly you should refund my money
