Ona Las Rosas, Santiago del Teide

I advise anyone visiting Los Gigantes to review your plans. This hotel is in a resort that is subject to a major building project which involves earth moving and rock breaking machinery on the hillside at the top of the resort. As such the noise starts 0900 - 1000 hrs and goes on close to 1800 hrs. It is unbearable. I feel that someone should be held accountable and should be duty bound to notify potential customers of this disruption. We are familiar with and love this location but would not have booked this hotel or anywhere near it had we known. Have spent good money on getting here and paying for this hotel the hoilday is close to ruin. We have had 4 full days of complete disturbance. The management should be accountable to booking companies, but all booking companies including hotels.com should also have a duty to ask the hotel of any issues such as noise disturbance etc. We feel completely let down and conned. Avoid Los Gigantes until this project is finished!

Stayed in Las Rosas several times now. A fantastic place.

We (2 people) stayed in a villa for 6, so plenty of room and a nice balcony.Kitchen was a little on the small side, but had all the necessary amenities. Pool area was very nice but villa maid service was only once during our week. Wifi available free round the pool and by payment in the villa, although range hit and miss around the pool and upstairs in the villa.

Lovely resort , very friendly and helpful staff . Accommodation excellent and well maintained. Have been here a few times now and have never been disappointed.Only downside is resort area very steep and hilly in places not for those with walking difficulties on the plus side stunning views and beautiful sunsets and Las Rosas is ideally situated to take in the beautiful surroundings of Los Gigantes and it’s majestic cliffs .
