Was told we would have a ground floor room because of our dog, we were on the second floor and had to walk around to the back of the Inn not a big deal but not what was offered at time of booking. "Free breakfast don't expect much, we had some over ripened bananas yogurt the first day none the second orange juice was brown and apple juice tasted like flavored water but you get what you pay for I guess. No complimentary water in the room. Price point was good for the amount of time we stayed.

The staff were very unhelpful, we needed to print one document to cross the boarder into Canada, and the staff didn't let us, telling us the only place to do so was a 30minute drive in the wrong direction. The breakfast wasn't any good.

This place needs a good fumigating and repairs. For the past week we have stayed in beautiful hotels & Bed and Breakfast across New England. None were as expensive as this pit. Could smell the mold and someone had previously smoked in there. Hair and dirt in bathroom. Just disgusting. Reporting to health department. DO NOT STAY here.

Just know what you are getting into before booking
What we expected was a quant little hotel, what we got was a combination hotel/apartments. There seemed to be long term residents living there. Not only that, but they were the ones you double check to make sure the doors are locked and that they are following you towards your room. Although no incidents, it was an uneasy feeling. If you get past that part. The rooms were cute and spacious. There are some attempts at upgrades, paint, etc. The mattress was a hit springy, so I didnt sleep well. We were also concerned that the a/c didnt work, but they must turn everything off until someone is to.check in. It was really hot for several hours, but finally got to the right temperature.
