Overall, my stay was good. There were a few things I had issues with though. I stayed in a cave suite downstairs, and I had neither wifi nor cell service in my room. Also, I booked tours through reception, and paid 25-30% more than I would have otherwise. The free breakfast was decent, but not good enough to eat every day of my stay. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you choose a room upstairs (not true "cave" rooms, but will receive wifi and cell service) and book tours on your own via the main street.

We had a fantastic stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel. We booked the "gold package" through the hotel and everything was perfect. Can, the manager, hand selected the hot air balloon company/pilot and the tour company where we had an excellent guide. I highly recommend a stay here.
We stayed in Cappadocia for 2 days/1 night as part of a 2 week vacation in Turkey, and this hotel was one of the ones we enjoed most. Lovely decoration, great bathroom and a lovely terrace view on the roof overlooking the town and valley. Everyone was really nice.
Brilliant stay. Only minor gripe the room for far too hot. Twice we asked for the underfloor heating to be turned down.
