Yep, animal friendly. But someone staying way past their time has set up residence and they have a dog that seems to not be house trained. I wanted to throw up on the way to my room. Luckily the room itself was actually fine. Nothing spectacular, but it was cheap. Very dated furniture and bedding. Cigarette holes in both. But the hard wood floors were nice. Honestly stay down the road. Its cleaner. But the whole street is under construction and makes the whole area undesirable.
