Great location. Great service.
Stayed in a 3 bedroom unit with kitchen and washer/dryer. Very spacious layout with great views of the city/neighborhood. Housekeeping service was excellent. Location was fantastic with subway stations within blocks. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the district. Great choice if you want to stay in Insadong and have convenient access to the subway.

We always love staying at the Orakai Insadong Suites! This is our second time. We stayed at the spacious two bedroom/ two bath apartment. Having a full kitchen, laundry machine and the living room is wonderful. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to buses/ subways are a plus.

Great location—within walking distance if so many good things! A slightly earlier check-in should be made possible for people arriving on international flights. Our bathroom had leaky faucets and a mildewy floor under the sinks, and the range smoke detector was overly sensitive and we had to call for help to get the stove to work. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the hotel could help people get a taxi—unless you have a local Korean phone number, taxi-apps won’t work… Not all the charging outlets in the bedroom worked. If thise issues would be fixed, this could be a 5-star review—truly, the apt.-amenities in central Seoul—the spaciousness of the aot. and the fact that it was reasonably quiet at night—very nice!
