Great location & service but lacking some comfort
The location and service were great. You are in the middle of the village stroll and the service was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately the interior is dated and missing a couple of things. There was only one bedside table and it had a 1980s alarm clock so no good way to play music. Additionally the fireplace chimney was getting rain water in it making a consistent dripping noise.

Great room - Pissy housekeeping
My stay was I believe 9 days or so, I had two different rooms the first one with family and we had the condo with the two beds and sofa bed. Very comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect !!! The parking fees will sneak up on u, gets expensive. The room was a bit outdated but still good. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, however the cleaning staff was rude!!!!! I had a lady complain because she had to clean my room. So the hotel only sends cleaning staff after 4 days which is totally okay I don’t mind. However we didn’t need her until the 5th day and she was furious. She told me the room was dirty (no kidding? Isn’t that why ur here) and she demanded to know how long did I book my room. My son said one of them gave him a snarky remark when he asked for clean towels. I would suggest looking into this behavior. - After family left I moved to a small room which was perfect for one person. Overall great experience minus the housekeeper

Great location, lots of noise from outdoors though
Spent 4 nights here over New Year's. Good location, but as others have mentioned the down side is that there is a ton of noise from loud folks wandering around screaming at all hours of the night (not just on New Year's Eve). Great to have a small kitchen with a large fridge and washer/dryer. The kitchen was outfitted with just the bare minimum of utensils/dishes/cooking equipment. Ski valet service is good. Our main issue was a fire alarm that went off around 12:20 a.m. on our last night there. We walked out into the hallway to hear the alarm out there as well (so not just in our room) and yet no one else was emerging from their rooms so it was not clear if it was a real alarm. It turned off after a couple of minutes but there was no kind of follow up announcement from the front desk about whether it had been a false alarm. This is obviously a safety concern -- if others have experienced false alarms (as I read in reviews from previous visitors) then there should be a system in place to let people know when it's a false alarm or to confirm it's real and they should evacuate. For skiing, it was a reasonably convenient walk to either the base of Blackcomb or the base of Whistler.
