Perfection
The convenience to the subway station.. parking garage
I stayed at this hotel multiple times, the decor is absolutely stunning, the service though is not what you expect for the a 5 star hotel. the staff is not very friendly.
Excellent all around. Food, bar and room were all great!
Amazing hotel. Attention to detail and guest services are impeccable. Comfortable and decent size rooms. Walking distance to all the shopping in fifth ave, but still quite enough to enjoy privacy.
Fantastic. It was for birthday and we enjoyed the hotel tremendously.
Extremely unique high end hotel. One of the best I have stayed in worldwide.
From all of the “perfect reviews” I thought my stay would have been off the charts. It was just the opposite. Probably one of The most uneventful 5 star hotel stays I have ever had. It was a bad experience right from Check in. Upon check in I was given my room key and shown where the elevator was. Check in took one minute. No explanation of the hotel amenities or the spa(should have received a pool pass). The room itself was nice although on the small side. No note from the manager to welcome me( just two small cookies). The staff did not acknowledge me not even the doormen or housekeeping staff. I could hear the guests next door and upon further inspection I found a door that has some Foam in between in to mask sound. It did not work in my opinion. The television was built into the mirror which was a cool feature. The elevator has a pad which requires you to swipe your key fob. It did not work all the time and the hotel was busy so guests were frustrated. I paid 900 per Night so definitely not worth it There are so many amazing hotels in New York and the baccarat disappointed in so many ways.
