Don't let outward appearances fool you!
The room stunk. I had to keep the door open for fresh air most of the time I was there. I even purchased air freshener from the near-by store. The lights in the room as well as the television were on some kind of timer and kept turning off every 15 to 20 minutes. The remote to the t.v. didn't work and I had to get more batteries from the front office to no avail... the remote still didn't work. Lastly, I couldn't cancel the room without being charged.

The facility was clean and well located, but I experienced major problems with my heating/cooling unit. I sounded as if someone was starting a chainsaw every time it came on... which was every 20 minutes throughout the night.

WOW - you get what you pay for... terrible
I arrived checked in @ 930p. I wasn’t sure about neighborhood so I asked if I could stay one night & check out neighborhood in day light. He said no & there was a $75 for cancellation. Room & bed was nice a little run down. Location was good. About 6 blocks from water. 2 extremely small garbages. My garbage was overflowing by 2 nd day. Next tried to take shower, no hot water. When I called (no phone in room) they said let it run & she was very rude & hung up on me. It took 45mins to get hot water! Last day no water pressure & water was lukewarm. I needed to wait for taxi & they wouldn’t let sit in lobby. $83 a night... like I said you get what you pay for.

The area was awesome, I love that there's private on premises parking. Staff is cool, only downside was that when I pulled up I say in my car for maybe ten minutes before checking in and someone drove by on the street and shot my car with paintball guns. That's not the hotels fault. Cool place though

The person attending the front desk was friendly enough. When I exited the office, a gentleman who was about to leave, warned me that he and his gf just checked in and just got their money back and they’re leaving. He said his room was dirty. When I entered my room I checked the bed sheets. Small holes in the sheets. I smelled them and they smelled clean. The grout on the floor and tile in the bathroom was dirty and very noticeable. The floor around the bed and into the sink area was dirty. The smoke alarms were clearly moved from their original positions and the paint was worn from those areas. They didn’t even bother to repaint over those areas. I will never stay at this Inn again.
