Very Good
Fair Price...EXCEPTIONAL VALUE!
I decided to stay at the Beverly Hills Modern Guesthouse to try something new for a change. I booked for 3 days. The guesthouse was awesome! It had the privacy of a hotel room, with the amenities of an apartment. I was able to cook, do laundry and lay out on the patio deck in between meetings. The person I was in contact with was Tony and he was so accommodating to my schedule and provided me with everything I needed to prior to my stay. The location is centrally located and i was able to walk pretty much anywhere. You can't beat the price! I highly recommend the Beverly Hills Modern Guesthouse!

Good stay!
Quiet back house of a nice family. Clean and easily accessible and the host was very nice. The outdoor patio is great to relax and soak up some sun. Location is pretty central if you are running around town.
