The staff are very good. The hotel is clean. BUT The neighborhood felt unsafe. There was trash around the block, and someone I spoke with at a nearby restaurant said he and his aunt were mugged in broad daylight but the cops intervened in time. That concerned me as I had my little dog with me and had to be outside walking her, sometimes in the dark.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown West Palm Beach, only 5 min walk from the waterfront, all stores and restaurants and city center.
