Can’t say enough
We have never experienced more attention but in such a warm way. The attention to detail was amazing but never pretentious. Simply can’t say enough for the lovely hotel and fabulous staff

Another Impeccable, Outstanding Stay. I'm In Love.
The Beaumont never fails to set the bar as high as possible... this was my second stay, and I was even more impressed by the kindness, generosity and warmth expressed by each member of the hotel's staff, the impeccable condition of the room - every day, not just upon check in - the luxurious gym, which made it hard to actually work out, and the understated opulence with which everything was treated. Even if I didn't love London, I would make an effort to come back JUST to stay at The Beaumont. Examples: Isabelle, the concierge, managed to snag me a ticket to a sold out performance of the Royal Ballet; the housekeeping staff somehow managed to make my guest room look like no one ever stepped in it before every time I entered after a day away; the décor (don't even ask me about the heated floors, bathroom tile or herringbone wood floors in the guest rooms) could not be more classic, yet retro, and make one feel as if s/he wants to move in forever; Colin, who greeted me with a smile every day at the door, chased no less than 2 drivers down so I wouldn't have to wait for a car; the manager's greeting me in-person upon my arrival and checking in personally to make sure all was well. London has so many wonderful places to stay, but I can't recommend The Beaumont more strongly. However, I don't want to voice too many compliments, as then it may be perpetually sold out and I won't have a chance to stay there every again. That would be heartbreaking.

The Wonderful World of the Beaumont!
Our stay at the Beaumont surpassed our stay st the Savoy - without doubt. Everyone that worked there was nothing less than outstanding. Two of the staff that stand out are Alicia and Alessandro - they made our visit there a highlight. All the superlatives that can be written could not describe either of them If a term had to be used to describe either of them, all I can only say that they are the "Benchmarks" that should be applied to others in their field of endeavor, if the desire of those others is to be the best at what they can do - for these two are leaders in their field of hotel hospitality - and the Beaumont should be thrilled and proud to have them on their staff.

Spectacular Service & Beautiful Hotel
The Beaumont is easily the best hotel we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed at many 5 star hotels. What made the hotel outstanding were the people working there - everyone was so incredibly helpful (especially the concierge) and did everything they could to make our vacation amazing. The spa was beautiful and we had the best massages ever! The location is perfect for shopping, as it's only a 2 minute walk from Selfridges :) We'll definitely be back next time we come to London!
