Despite the large number of guests checking in on a Friday afternoon during Lunar New Year break, the reception staff were all wonderful and apologetic. The amenities at the hotel continue to be first rate, and the room was spacious and so comfortable. This was my second visit and I look forward to my next one,

First-class hotel with excellent service
An excellent hotel: new, with beautifully designed rooms and public areas, and exceptional service. The rooms are comfortable, though some people might find the bathroom and toilet a bit exposed as they are separated from the main room only by glass panes and a curtain; and the elevators were a little slow during peak check-out time. But there was really nothing else to mention: the quality of the rooms and the service were first-class and 100% on par with equivalent properties in Taipei, Hong Kong or any other major Asian capital: a very pleasant surprise in a town as small as Taitung. Make sure you take advantage of the free bicycle hire and the many fruit stalls directly opposite the hotel.

One of the newer hotels in taitung. Great service. Decent, albeit basic gym. Good location - Right in front of a night market (thought it only opens from Thursday to Saturday). Carrefour is also next door.

Great stay to explore Taitung
A very well located hotel with great service. Nice amenities like gym and a basic hot pool,sauna and steam bath. The rooms are very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The only small issue I had was the loud air conditioning in both rooms we had.
