Got there and explained that I had a reservation for a room explained that o had already he took my id and restate rated another booking and asked me for my CC I asked why he stated I would not be charged. When he finish I asked for a receipt he didn’t want to give me one he gave me a print out of my original booking but nothing else no amounts or anything I then check my account and I indeed had been charged 2 times.

My husband decorated with balloons and petals and I love you with streamer. They charged $100 for damages. I asked for the damage fotos and have been calling the owner with no luck. I want them to show me the damage fotos they said it made like peeling off paint and floor, which it didn’t, tape was the cheap dollar kind that is hard to stick, and to show me the policy manual. The floor wood it self is dangerous because it’s all lifted since day one.

We had a very pleasant stay. My only complaint was that there was only a sheet and a super thin coverlet as a bedspread. No blanket and comforter so if you are used to something substancial covering you, bring a blanket. Otherwise it was clean and had amenities like fridge and microwave. We will stay again.

The parking lot was empty. I went to my room and it was on the truck stop side of the building. (Noisy) I requested a room away from the truck stop side and they mgr refused. Said they were full. There wasn’t anyone in the hotel.
