I stayed a total of 33 days everyone was very friendly helped me with thangs they didn’t have to help me with. Located in a quiet residential area reasonably close to the old city.I had brought a bike with me they had a place inside the hotel I could put it which was a plus for me.There is a small grocery store a few minutes walking distance. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Great value but far from all the attractions. The room was big and clean in a really safe and quiet area. Wifi was also good and fast. If you like walking this is a really good place to stay. It is in a nice an safe neighborhood but about a 30min walk from most attractions.

The rooms were small, but clean and functional and had outdoor space, which was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the neighborhood was lovely. A nice residential area that was walking distance from good restaurants. We walked frequently to the Old City and even walked to a nearby hotel for a Masada sunrise tour at 3am and felt completely safe. Again, the staff was great and so helpful.

Hidden secret - discreet, new, clean, comfortable
This amazing little hotel (75 rooms, yet very quiet) is in a private neighborhood away from the busy city. It is discreetly placed, yet a block from a bus stop. Service & comfort were excellent; I slept well. Some rooms have balconies, others are garden rooms, & 2 are individual little casitas. Each decor is very pleasant, with wall murals, roman curtains, excellent bedding linens,,, and my favorite, hardwood flooring. The lighting is great - either good lighting or black-out curtains. The staff is so accommodating & amiable. The stone building of old has been transformed into these lovely rooms, which include a safe & refrigerator. Don't expect frills; what is here is just right,,, no need for breakfast. The only thing I would add would be a computer/work area. 24 hour reception & luggage storage are important. I will definitely return to Jerusalem Castle on future visits; I felt as a guest that I mattered to them, as their service is outstanding. Wisdom is to schedule well in advance, as this new hotel concept is becoming more popular and in demand. I will schedule many consecutive days, (not just a one-night stand); I didn't want to leave.
