A wonderful and unique place to stay in the Broad Ripple neighborhood. Lots of places to walk to for shopping, food, & easy parking. You are also right off the canal path. We were there in the winter time so we didn't get to relax on our private balcony or on the lawn (which looks super fun in nicer weather!). The staff was warm and friendly. I'm so glad we didn't stay in downtown Indy which was were I started my hotel search. We stayed in Cottage 11 (2 double beds) and it was the perfect size for my friend and I for a girls weekend away. The bathroom and shower were huge and very clean. Lots of room amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser in the shower; coffee/tea K cups, creamer, sugar, bottled water. They also have a cold/hot water dispenser in the lobby which was great for filling up the water bottles. In the morning there is coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby as well w/2-go cups. It was fun to start our night out at the lobby bar with a class of wine and to get recommendations for dinner. Interesting artwork on the walls. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. By the time we were packing up, we were already talking about when we would come back!
I also do a lot of solo traveling and would highly recommend this hotel and area in general.
