It was hard to find the entrance! Their sign isn't obvious while you are driving, and there's only one driveway in the middle of the block - if you try going around behind the building, the back alley is fenced off! Similarly, when you try leaving the building you either go into the back courtyard (which is nice, but you aren't supposed to leave) or the front of the building to get to the sidewalk - and you can only enter the front lobby, so having a room on the other end of the building is a bad thing if you want to get to the sidewalk. I booked through Expedia and got a suite when I checked in early, which I wasn't expecting. The room was large and clean, but the TV can't easily be seen from either the couch or the bed, and the only closet is blocked by the open bathroom door! Nowhere to put your coat! The light switches are also oddly placed and don't light much - you have to operate most lamps separately. I asked about taxis when I checked in, and the concierge insisted that I let him call. When he did, he called a person and not a service, they were several minutes later than the 15 minute estimate given (traffic), and I feel like I was overcharged for the ride (the receipt says it is a limousine). I did not like that experience. But I was already in a poor mood because the free breakfast's options weren't very appealing to me. The hot foods were potato chunks and bagel-egg-pizzas, but you could make your own waffles. I ended up having some hard-boiled eggs.

    Noisy and My Information Leaked
Beware. This place automatically signs you up for Hilton Rewards. And didn't even ask. Because of this, I had an email sent to what was supposed to be my email....however was sent to a stranger that included all of my information...address, cell, etc. Luckly the stranger who received the email sent me a text to let me know. Stranger with my information!! I addressed the front desk and talk with all in all 3 different desk people who had no idea what was going on or how to fix it. They were absolutely of no help and did nothing to assure me or even make things right. No manager called or contacted me to make an apology. They were absolutely ridiculous. When checking out I asked for a final bill. "You paid online you have no balance". Ok I guess they gave me those Doritos from the snack bar comp'd. Days later I received a bill for my Doritios from the snack bar. Really?? So again, I had to call and request a receipt for my work expenses. Another clueless, non-apologetic desk person that I had to speak with to get this emailed to me. Not staying here ever again. Also, it's by a busy road and very noisy!

    Nice place to stay
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Very spacious and comfortable. Didn’t hear a lot of street noise like some of the other hotels on El Camino Real we’ve stayed at. The buffet breakfast had a lot of offerings and ample seating areas, they also had food to purchase in lobby to take to your room and heat...the room’s kitchen had a full sized refrigerator, two burners, a microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. I liked that they have two barbecues by the pool where you could grill your dinner, will have to come back in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative I noticed was that the carpets by the elevators were heavily stained, doesn’t make a very good appearance, but we overlooked it.

    dirty room/rude staff
I enjoy staying at this hotel, unfortuntey at my last visit on 3/18/17 the towels were filthy and when I called the front desk to request clean towels I was given major attitude and towels did not arrive at my door until 2 hours later (after a long day of travel this was not ideal) the answer I was given was "Iam sorry mam but our staff is on break, you will need to wait until they return". very poor service. sadly.

A Great Hotel To Stay In
My family and I had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. It had a pool, pool table, and complementary breakfast and dinner. The suite itself looks very nice, clean, and big. Unlike many other hotels it had silverware for guests to use, a kitchen, and some ceramic plates and bowls. It had many channels in the TV, too. The fitness room was very tidy and had many types of exercising / fitness machines.
