The room has no air conditioning. They leave a broke down $10 wall fan in the room and the window is sealed shut.

    Define “luxury”...
This place is advertised as a luxury resort. It is not. They have some luxury services included in the price, such as the spa, but the rooms are *very* basic. In our room, the beds were so hard we might as well have slept in the floor. There were not enough plug ins to charge phones. Our door did not shut easily and you had to take extra care to make sure it shut behind you or else your room was left exposed to whoever wandered up and down the halls. There was no air conditioning that we could find, though a box fan is included with the room. Even so, halfway through the night, we were all sweating. I was very disappointed that we paid $200 for this room.

    Too short of a stay
It was a perfect place to stay. Very quiet with great restaurants close by. We were just passing through town. Will have to come back to explore the area.

Convenient but not as comfortable 2nd time around
Great location, staff is very friendly, clean, safe. This is 2nd time I've stayed here as it's the Finish Line for the Mammoth Half. My first stay I enjoyed the room much more, comfy bed, bright, fridge in room. This time, bed and pillows were pretty bad, room was dark, especially the bathroom area, no fridge. If this would have been my first stay, I would have definitely looked for something else in the area. I will give some of the other properties a shot before looking back at here which truly bums me out.
