HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN
Well... Overall was terrible experience, bed is hard uncomfortable, bathtub was dirty/stained, NO HOT WATER!!!, the ceiling are all connected basically open with all the rooms, so you can hear everything, literally, all the moaning next door like she was dying, another family laughing and joking at 5 am you could hear everything, even the steps of people in the hallway and stairs, with all that explained and proved they still charged me for another night as a cancellation fee at least got my money back from the rest of the stay, don't get fooled by the photos!

Hot water
It was cute seeing the elephant on the bed when we came in made out of towels almost had me feel like we were on a cruise ship. The pool was nice and warm there was plenty of hot water in the shower it seems to be difficult to find anywhere in Puerto Rico. I'd recommend this hotel good price breakfast was included.

The room wasn't the clean how we spent,all the time to take shower we have to go to front desk because was never hot water,they don't do housekeeping in our room just because we don't ask for it,think I thought came included in the service,so we have to ask for clean towels, and have all the trash in the room. Horrible services they need to update the rooms and the person El.
