The lobby area is the nicest part of the hotel. The rooms are simply furnished but clean. The worst is the noise coming from the bathroom pipes from other rooms which keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. The hotel seems to be used by a nearby high school so there was a lot, a lot of noise at night. Laughing, screaming, yelling, banging doors. Next morning the staff at the reception said that they did not get any complaints. Well, I did. I called passed 11:00pm to complain about the situation.

We booked our reservation less than 24 hrs before our arrival; our flight ended up being cancelled; and when we tried to call to see if we could change the check in date to the following day, NO ONE answered the phone! The front desk staff was non existent! We called, and called; Expedia called, and called. No one ever answered the phone. The ended up charging us the full price for a night we didn’t even use all because their employee was being LAZY and didn’t answer the phone the night before!!
