We are from Fort Myers Florida. Hurricane Ian destroyed our county and we were not able to go to the tropical Inn. They refused to refund our money. This was not right we could not travel due to a category four hurricane that hit our area. They kept the money. We will never stay at the Tropical Inn.

The Tropical Inn was an amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It’s location is great because it’s in the middle of everything. However, the property itself is very quiet, private, and luxurious! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in Paradise! Safe, quiet, clean and functional with plenty of room! We picked Tropical inn for its historic charm, beautiful grounds and pool. The service was more than we could expect with breakfast picnics by the pool or in the room. Brandy gave us plenty of sightseeing and restaurant tips too! Our stay was so very fun and relaxed. Stayed 2 nights midweek, off season. Tropical Inn was located right on Duval St pretty much in the middle of the strip. Noise and traffic no issue this time of year. We stayed in room 5 which was in the main house adjacent to the office. The room was comfortable and clean. Not a big space, but we knew that when we rented it. The host Brandi was very friendly, knowledgeable and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast baskets were a great touch to start each day. Parking was available around the block for $20 a night. Rental bikes were on property and in good condition. Brandi helped us with both. Backyard and gardens were a tropical oasis. Peaceful with the option of taking a dip in the pool.

Middle of the action
Quaint, gorgeous grounds and pool area, very private amazing hostess. However...its very noisy at night the bar 2 doors down, traffic is loud at night. But you are right on Duval. During the day there was construction going on in between the buildings. I think if we were on the other side and not in the mango room we would have been ok.

Stayed in the Gecko Garden Suite for our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing. Stayed quiet at night, air conditioning felt awesome, and hanging out in the personal hot tub for an afternoon break each day before going out to enjoy the night life was well worth it!
