Whoever I interacted with over the phone last night was volatile. Let me preface this with the fact that I am a physician and my husband is a professor. We travel all over the world and this is by far the worst travel experience I have ever had. We are professionals and not disruptive travelers. I booked this hotel for the sole reason that it was close to a race I was running the following day. I did check advance to see if there was info about checking in since this was a smaller hotel. Neither booking nor the website (all of which I have screen shots of) stated anything about check in limits or quiet time. My flight was delayed. When I landed in Tucson I had a text from the staff/owner stating I should contact them a half hour prior to arrival. As I left the airport I did contact the staff member (it was a 25 minute drive) as requested. About three miles away from the hotel I received a volatile call from staff/owner who laid into my stating that I was not welcomed at the hotel that night or the following night. They had specific check in times as well as quiet time (again not on the booking or website). He repeated and compulsively stated that "you purposely booked a late flight," as if I was somehow plotting against him (its called I am a doctor and I work a lot). This left me, a solo female traveler without a hotel at 11:30pm across the country. This is breach of contract at best, negligence at worst. Rest assured this is getting reported to all proper channels.

Convenient location to visit National Park and Forest area. Located in quite neighborhood. No local convenience store or grocery store. Restaurants are modest drives from B and B.

Perfect little place on the east side of Tucson
Loved this place! Great location on the east side close to Saguaro National Park Rincon Mountain District. Drinks and basic breakfast stuff comes with the room and it's all DIY. Great if you have to get up super early and need a quick bite. Owners are super nice too! Only wish the window wasn't so hazy so I could see outside better. Great view
