The people were very friendly, but the room really needs to be improved. The sink in the bathroom seem like it was going to fall off. It was a handicapped accessible room, so that was good. The bed was hard as a rock.

we were there for a rockhounding adventure and just stayed 1 night. the price was high for what it was. the folks at the front desk were very nice. the barking dogs were annoying.

The stay was alright. The pool had issues since the public department had recently shut it down. The lady owner was really nice and kind. The guy owner was rude all the time. They close breakfast at 9am to cut on cost I guess.

Basic hotel, some expected amenities not present; outer doors not locked, limited breakfast items and lower quality bath towels. Direct TV stopped working on morning of departure and no elevator.

Great customer service
The man working the front desk on Friday night (4/28) was so kind and helpful after checking in around 9:30pm. We were unable to find a hotel in Moab so we booked here as it was the only affordable option nearby. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the beds are stiff but overall it was what we expected for the money. Customer service was fabulous.

Not disability friendly, or friendly at all
The hotel does not support people with disabilities. They do not have friendly people to help or work with you. I recommend you stay somewhere else if you have any mobility needs. They take no accountability for the lack of care, so I hope this review prevents you from going through the trouble we did.
