Not worth the money or stress.
All started when I wanted a refund for the room seconds after I saw the $100 cleaning fee charge. The "strict" policy refused me the refund, which is usually a sign of a crooked company. Then I got to Boston during a snow storm to find that my key wasn't in a lockbox like what was stated in my email. Come to find out it was with the neighboring company's concierge who wasn't even getting paid for this service. This had been going on for weeks so the email was a straight lie to my face. Once inside, I found mold and mildew on the shower curtain, which is utterly disgusting and am still considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Health Department. The hotel overall looked nice but was obviously only cosmetic and the bed was cheaply stiff. Definitely not worth it. Just get an actual nice place downtown. - Also the complimentary phone didn't have an available outlet nearby to plug into. Just another sign of the company's lack of caring.

The sink in kitchen did not drain very well had to use a plunger. Bathroom sink drained very very slowly. Had to flush toilet six times in order to clean it out. Got there given wrong building number called put on hold then came back and was told go across side walk to other building see if it was there. Bathroom old lots layer of paint spackle to cover problems. Neither tv worked. Apartment clean. Clean sheets and towels. Good location to public transportation and grocery store.

The apartment was in a great location Back Bay with easy access to shops, restaurants and subway. The location is safe. The directions from the company were incorrect and told me to go to wrong building so I searched around for 20 minutes until a guy that worked there corrected the mistake. The apartment was clean, kitchen was good but the bathroom was in poor condition as the tub looked like it had been painted and was peeling. The vent fan in the bathroom would intermittently make a terrible noise that was very annoying. Parking is terrible and you have to you a deck 2 blocks away that costs at least $55 overnight. Overall, the place was fine but in my opinion was overpriced at over $400 a night for a kind

Very Good8.0
The good and and not so good
The main problem is that the instructions were to leave the place as it was found but there were no cleaning supplies to wash the dishes, clean the counters, etc. There were no paper products, napkins, etc. in the kitchen that was very inconvenient for a fully functional apartment. The doorman was very friendly and helpful and the location was great.

Great Place if you OK with Hidden Fees
This place was amazing. It was a true apartment instead of a hotel. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with full kitchen and living room. Great location. Free wifi. I thought I got a steal for just over $200/night. My only beef is there was a mandatory $100 fee added on when I got the final bill. I'm a little disgusted by a hidden fee that jacks up the price 50%. If they would have just included the mandatory fee in the cost of the room I would have been much more satisfied.
