This flat was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small with no counter space. The shower is small, but had great water pressure. The bathroom sink was not draining well, but we made it work. There are a few homeless people who live on the street. One morning we walked past someone sleeping in front of a storefront and this same person was often seen wandering the streets and yelling profanity at an imaginary person. They did not bother us other than one of the people asking us to buy them a drink.

We were a family of four stopping through to enjoy Oregon wine country. The flats are in a great place to enjoy McMinnville’s historic downtown district and provide short drives to many wineries in the area. The staff is great and can arrange transport for wine visits if needed. The space is great and homes come fully equipped. Enjoy!

This property was a hidden gem for us. I had made last minute plans and wasn’t expecting to find somewhere as nice as this. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Stay was amazing. However, check-in was just a bit confusing due to the cold and rain. Call first, arrive at the hotel, then receive instructions to the property a few blocks down the street. It would have been helpful to say the entrance was on the side street. Had it not been pouring rain, I probably wouldn't have cared.
