When staying in Bali, choosing the right hotel is so important. Traffic is busy everywhere and it's best to stay in a place that is walkable. The Trans Resort fits that bill!!! We loved it. The staff is amazing and live up to their reputation. Don't hesitate...this is the spot to be. Big thank you to the staff for the shopping bag they give you in their closets. I bought a lot of small statues while in Bali and their bag was the perfect gift to combine all my purchases into a single bag for the plan home!
Grand lobby, accomodations, and impeccable service from all staff (Dana, Taksi, Indra, and everyone we encountered) and general manager (Mariuz). I loved that they had different activities scheduled for kids and adults each day. The buffet was excellent too.
I got very slow internet connection. Unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel only 13 Mbps. The breakfast was wide spread but was tasteless. Esp. the Asian food fried rice and soup noodles. Room for improvements.
The place was not properly maintained, especially the bathroom (shower and sinks) but it wasn’t bad either. Room hospitality kept on knocking our door to check on us way very often which was annoying. I really loved the staff friendliness.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were excellent and very clean.
Free buffet breakfast with local and global food selection, kids friendly and great pool. Suites include outdoor jacuzzi tub and day bed.
Everything about this property is great! Very clean with many amenities and great breakfast!
Excellent property and truly an experience of modern luxury. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoying during our stay. Will certainly consider their establishment again for future visits to Bali.
Gorgeous hotel!
If I hadn't booked other hotels, I would've spent my whole Bali vacation at this hotel. It was very comfortable, very central, service was great, room was big and clean. The only negative thing I would say about this hotel is that the food at the hotel is very average, like you couldn't enjoy a good lunch by the pool side but other than that it was a great hotel.
