Not bad… dirty bathroom and no carts for luggage.
Nice staff and facilities. My bathroom had several long black hairs on the floor in some grime on the floor by the trash can and another long hair on top of the toilet. Had hoped to use a luggage cart when I arrived but none were available. So I made a lot of trips carrying my (large amount of) luggage to and from the car. And the same thing happened again in the morning as well. Front desk clerk let me take some free snacks for the road as a gesture for the trouble.

For one, my room was gross. Makeup, crayon marks, scratches on the walls. My bed comforter smelt gross and was super scratchy. I went down to the hot tub at 10pm because they said the last hour was adult hour, no kids. Not true. Kids running around, screaming everywhere at the pool. I'm relaxing in the hot tub when a quarter sized piece of what I assume was human skin floats by. I saw a bandaid just chilling on the ground next to the pool. Crazy how they charge $251 a night and I've had better stays for way less. Won't ever be back.
