Hiccups but okay
I really like this hotel. It’s really neat looking and has a good vibe. I have stayed here before and had great experiences. The lobby is really inviting and the staff were really friendly. However this visit we had a lot of weird hiccups like blood on the sheets and our fridge had old rotten fruit in it. the sheets were serviced immediately when we told them about the stain. The fridge also stopped working overnight and spoiled all our food. There were ripped up Kleenex bits on the ground. It smelled deliciously clean so we were thrown off by the issues we ran into. At night it was really quite loud. We were being woken Up in the night by toilets being flushed in other rooms and alarms going off etc. paper thin walls. There was a garbage truck getting the garbage outside our room before 7am and I went out to the outdoor patio to drink a quiet coffee at 7am and it was jarringly loud with construction noise- I went right back inside. Extra Shout out to Joe the bartender for great service and convo. I don’t know I usually really love this hotel but this stay was super weird and full of hiccups. The little things really added up this time.

Looks good from the outside…beware of the fees
The place was average at best. Not a smile to be found. We stayed in a pet ‘friendly’ hotel…seems like they’re be friendly right? Not…The room smelled bad. I found the source, it was in the closet. I brought my own supplies (thank goodness) and cleaned it up. When we checked out I told them. The manager and a woman helping were appalled that the room smelled and the woman apologized. The manager stood there and said nothing. They we’re looking closely at the computer and the fees. I told her I knew about the pet fee. They charged me $150 extra for a smelly room. There are other hotels that are a lot more pet friendly, with great rooms and service. I would suggest you look elsewhere. You will be disappointed if you stay here.
