Mediocre hotel
It’s nice being able to have a room when visiting spa castle. It’s expensive for what it is though. The air conditioning wasn’t on and we walked into a hot room. When we turned the air on, the drapes covered it and we couldn’t feel the cold air. Since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room it was okay.. but next time I’ll probably stay somewhere else.

Great room, room service sucked.
The room was amazing and the maids were great but the room service and front desk were terrible.

Poor service
They didn’t have any body towels in the room and when I requested twice for body towels I still never received them. They gave me a couple extra floor towels instead. The staff said the house keeping me was doing laundry.
