Book Somewhere Else, Trust Me!
Will not be going back. The hotel was very dirty, the sink was almost knocked off the vanity that was chipped away and barely in place. The floor in the “hotel room” was all tile, the bed on the floor, and the shower was not cleaned. I didn’t even end up staying there and went to the Marriott down the street. Very disappointed with the experience. The amusement park lines out the front definitely gave the feeling of concern only for the spa. Very sorry excuse for a “hotel.”

Customer Service is Sub-par.
It was my 3-year anniversary with my wife and I took her here to celebrate. Check in was terrible. Nobody at the front desk knew how to check us in. Once a manager arrived he was not friendly and clearly had other tasks to manage. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stellar Service!
Love the team here :) This is my second full week in two months here. Here again in May and looking forward to it. Thank you for making my stay here so enjoyable! Whoever is hiring here does an awesome job or maybe just a reflection of Dallas area. You guys represent well!

Mediocre hotel
It’s nice being able to have a room when visiting spa castle. It’s expensive for what it is though. The air conditioning wasn’t on and we walked into a hot room. When we turned the air on, the drapes covered it and we couldn’t feel the cold air. Since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room it was okay.. but next time I’ll probably stay somewhere else.

Great room, room service sucked.
The room was amazing and the maids were great but the room service and front desk were terrible.
