Convenient and excellent value
Our group of three needed a hotel for a night on our way to an early flight from Cancun airport. For under $100 we had two quiet and spacious rooms, free parking of our rental car, a nice restaurant across the road and a convenience store next to the hotel. It is in a commercial part of the city, but the rooms were well sound-proofed. Excellent value.

We booked online but had to pay at the hotel during check-in. The hotel wanted to charge us higher than the price we booked for. Even after showing them our confirmation showing the price we booked it for, they would not budge. We ended up staying elsewhere in a quieter neighborhood.

Hotels.com do not honour there end of the contact!
Ok hotel in a bad location. Actual area is safe however far away from the attractions in Cancun. Hotels.com sold this room to me as having a kitchenette, dinning area and a city view. None of which the room had, no body at the hotel was interested in this breach of contract.

muy buena atención, muy limpio los encargados muy atentos, el vigilante muy servicial la señora de la limpieza muy amable y buena persona en general muy buena atención tal vez las instalaciones no son de primer nivel pero para lo que uno quiere la habitación que es dormir cómodo, confortable y descansar ya que en el dia va uno de paseo creo que cumple con ello, tiene clima, refrigerador eso es muy bueno por el lugar que es muy cálido. Creo que sin problema lo recomendaría por precio y comodidad.
