Only ok
We stayed here 3 nights and it was only ok for a 4 star hotel. All over ok / good on many points, but we got a few negative experiences: The reception always recommended to use their hotel driver that was way more expensive than the usual taxis that was easy to find. Easy money for the hotel I guess because they got this negative attitude when we insisted on booking a taxi instead of the hotel drivers. Tourist trap - don't use their drivers. Their system at the reception / hotel was difficult to follow, especially for them. They asked for a credit card as a deposit for expenses during the stay, but we still needed to pay each time when we for instance ordered room-service. The employees seemed also confused about this. Check out was not smooth, took time and the overall bill for the room during our stay did not have any details. I had to almost argue to get a detailed list of the expenses.

Nice Hotel however small things let the place down
The overall stay at the hotel was very nice, however had I not been moved to a different room on account of the insanely annoying noise that the lifts make, I would have moved hotels and asked for my money back.You shouldn't legally be allowed to sell people rooms next to those lifts, the noise is an extreme invasion of privacy and peace and quiet which is why people go on holidays.You need to deactivate the sound from your lifts because it's not fair to put guests through a never ending loud siren noise that goes at all hours of the 24 hour day. APART from that awful awful noise that i'm sure has ruined many peoples holidays,the hotel was very nice,well run and the service was great.There were a few other small issues I had.The shower did not drain, so i every morning the bathroom flooded and needed several towels just to safely walk on the floor.Fix this issue.Speaking of towels, i've never in my life stayed in a hotel where the towels aren't changed daily. My wet shower towels were left the first day, which was annoying but i let it go, however there is no air circulation in the room and the towels don't dry out overnight. So i left the WET towels hanging on my chair so that room service could obviously see them and still they were not changed or moved although the entire rest of the room was cleaned which was annoying. The only other issue your hotel has is with the room service.The tiny portions were an absolute RIP OFF especially the pasta and desserts!! 3.5 out 5 stars

Please avoid this hotel !!
After a delayed flight, I arrive hotel at 11PM. Only one person managing the reception, who was attending to a guest, who had thousand questions, which is fine, but hotel staff didn't even bother to look at me or ask me to take a seat. After patiently waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the receptionist if anyone else can help me with check-in. His response was, why you making noise, you only have 1 person ahead of you! Breakfast closing time is 10 30 AM, well understood that you close the food counter. I went to refill my coffee at 10 35AM, realised that coffee machine was switched off, when I requested the staff of I could get a black coffee, they said they were closed..Boom..can't even get a black coffee after 10 30 ! Breakfast menu is terrible and very limited. Eggs counter can't handle peak hour crowd, no queue nothing. If someone speaking local language orders, is given preference over others waiting at the counter. Room had spider webs on ceiling. Hotel design is weird, and I took a pool facing room, and walk to the room is 5 minutes +. Sound proofing for rooms is terrible. House keeping staff starts making noise in corridor early morning, so incase you wish to sleep longer peacefully, you can forget about that ! After all the bad experience, I decided to check out one day earlier than my planned check out and move to different hotel. I informed the reception supervisor that I wish to check out earlier. He made no attempt to hold me back in the hotel. His name was Agas.

Great poolside room after an unexpected upgrade. Lovely new gym and massive pool with different areas so it didn't ever feel too crowded. Food was really good and adordable for a hotel. Only negatives would be how those who pay aa yiu go are treated. The waiters basically watch your everymove as if you are going to run away! For everything else the service was amazing and the staff were very accomodatinf. Also where there are lots of trees around the pool you get a lot of debris in the pool including bird poo! I did see the pool being cleaned very frequently but it didnt seem to help! Overall it was a good stay.

corridor noise and misscleaning
first of all chinese people in hotel they found all opportunities to scream in corridors day and night. also hotel's trolley in corridor it had too noisy weels, and I guess it was due also to corridors echoing, infact I heard a quite big noise once a plastic cup or a kind of lid felt down from somebody hands in corridor....the echo or loud noise it was quite evident also inside my room at fifth floor. Cleaning room service - poor for my expectation; I asked to reception to clean several times women's hairs from floor before to get a proper floor cleaning;- shower floor it is quite uneven- water from shower it gets easily out and it gets all bathroom floor watery. few times we also didnt get proper bath towels replacing after hallowen diner at the hotel I got a terrible headache almost allnight long, this is due when I do not digest properly a meal, despite I didn't drink a lot and I got average size food for diner we found receptionist work partially usefuel, thanks to some real valuable shopping suggestion, and despite some taxi or tour pricing proposed by receptionists they were evidently too high for what later we paid. we have some other doubts, but we won't complain about it because we are not sure it was our missbehaving or hotel management fault. in anyway we are very sorry to letyou know of our negative experience, but we believe for a better checking and improvement of your hotel services. most probably we go back again expecting an improvement
