el hotel esta bien, el staff extraordinario, hacen todo su esfuerzo, pero les falta claramente capacidad en el restaurante (desayuno) se vuelve complejo y la comida es entre regular y algunass cosas malas. lo que fue terrible es el ruido en las habitaciones, se vuelve un reto dormir, 3 dias de mal dormir por los estruendos que llegan desde la calle, eso le quita todo el merito al hotel. sumado por último que no estoy seguro sea un hotel de 5 estrellas, diria que es 4.5 máximo.

The Principal is a beautiful hotel in a centralized location, near shops, restaurants, parks and sites The restuarant at the hotel is amazing and you must eat there! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or drinks, all options are delicious. The bar and terrace are pretty and a great place to relax. Overall, this is THE hotel to stay at while in Madrid

The Principal Madrid is a wonderful hotel. The building is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a large bathroom complete with full sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to take in the city. Lots of good shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond!
