Property has a terrible look. The main entrance look like prroperty is under construction. The lingerie was old and no tv servive, and inbaddition to that the room smell bad.
Its an older building with an open concept courtyard layout but it’s covered for rain protection .. Beds are comfortable and clean ..*******It’s pet friendly *********
The hotel is in a great location. Staff is friendly. But If you’re planning on staying here, bring your own towels. Their towels were handed down by another hotel, too worn, old and torn.
The property is located perfectly for exploring the city. Close to the forest park, to all the major public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and authetic Mexican food withing walking distance. The hotel staff are super accommodating. Cudos to them!
I had no fan no ac. When i arrived there was noone to open the door. Front of hotel there is a bar/night club with extremely loud music. Towels are extremely old, rough and with holes. Shower was notworking well. Not going back. Area is ok. If you have a budget go somewhere else if not its a decent place.
Location was the best, location close to many thing.
We had a wonderful stay at Real Salamanca! The location was perfect for walking to everything in Roma and Condesa and is also very close to the Sevilla Metro station. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the courtyard is beautiful with nice trees and patio furniture--perfect for relaxing with a book. Our room on the second floor was clean and very spacious, with high ceilings and nice architectural details and a comfortable bed. All the rooms open onto the courtyard and the vibe is very bed and breakfast/old mansion (not at all like a corporate hotel), which is what we prefer.
Never stay in room #1. Older room, dirty. It is also too close to the street, so you hear noises. We were changed to another room on day #3. It was much nicer and clean. Hotel staff did not provide much information about where to go or what's around. The hotel entrance is terrible, but once you go in, it gets a little better. only good thing is the location. You can walk to many key interest places.
They never open the door and I need to rent other property at midnight
Excellent location, very safe. easy check in and out, the manager was 24/7 on duty. Housekeeper cleaned every day. I would book this place again. Thank you.
