Great get away
Our third time to choose this hotel. Very quiet and close to National Park. Wonderful baths and good food. Highly recommend!

6/10 Good

We really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, this was really nice and the staff was really kind and helpful! Unfortunately the room was in old condition, there were stains in the carpet, and it was uncomfortably warm in the room. The onsen was nice but also here some things need replacement.

Peaceful retreat
We enjoyed our stay despite the weather. Very comfortable room, great dinner, nice baths in hot springs, all in a nice setting. Service was great and accommodated all our needs. We hope to be back soon!

Love it. Love it. Love it. The view from my window is breathtaking. The service is great. The open-air onsen is so good.

8/10 Very good

Excellent onsen, both indoor and outdoor, in terms of hardwares and environment. However, onsen closes at 8:30am everyday is not customer friendly esp. in light of the checkout time is 10am. Both dinner and breakfast menus are satisfactory though not impressive. The restaurant staff is professional but the front office staff is rather lay back. Overall, the hotel is well kept and the stay is value for money.
