I stayed for one night. I found the room to be very clean and comfortable. 2 things that could have been better is having ice in the ice machine and to get a least 1 or 2 tv channels. I would stay here again. Louise

I found the mattress uncomfortable, though my son said his mattress was comfortable. Other than that the room was great. I had phoned to ask for a ground floor room and was given the closest room to the main entrance, which was wonderful. Could not have been more accomodating and friendly. There was no recycling bin. Beautiful courtyard which we enjoyed the view of. Will return on future visits to Shakespeare and Stratford.

On check in we were greeted by a voice at the top of the stairs (no person to be seen) saying “can you go away and come back” this was 45minutes after check in time, as we had a wedding to attend the answer was “no we can’t” I called the desk, they answered from somewhere saying they’d be right down, after 15 minutes I called again and finally someone checked us in, terrible impression and absolutely would not go back
